Replacement Guidelines


Only under the following conditions is it permissible to exchange a product: * The customer may submit a replacement unit and swap the product unit they got within seven days of the delivery date.

* If the customer finds, within 24 hours after receiving the product, that it is physically damaged or in defective condition, a replacement may be provided.
 
* If the customer finds that the given product isn’t functioning properly within 7 days of the delivery date, they may be eligible for a replacement with a new packing unit.

* Please contact our website support team if you receive any defective or damaged merchandise. But after a ship staff member has verified, the request will be approved.
